Updated Jelly-filled Birb to use Peck instead of Attack.
Added new title screen.
When choosing a chest or boss reward, a 'NEW!' icon will now be shown beside items you don't already own.
Updated tutorial sections to explain about using EXP to upgrade stats (Hotkey U).
Increased HP, ATK, and MAG scaling of enemies and bosses.
Reduced base MAG/MAG scaling of Harold Horde.

Bug Fixes:
Added an MP cost to Powershell (I forgor to add it lmao)
Fixed Starry Charm restoring 5% of current HP instead of max HP.
Fixed Rose Glasses showing the stat bonuses from the previous battle when out of combat.
Fixed occasional crashes when moving to a new floor.
