v1.1 - Linux Build, Bonus Post-game Content, and more!


Linux build released! Just like with the Windows build, the save files can be found in /www/save. Be sure to back up your saves before updating (or switching to Linux).

Bonus Mode

Bonus Post-game content has been released! Upon clearing the game, a new "Bonus" option will be added to the explore menu. It contains two new modes:

  • Hard Mode: Stronger foes with new and improved gimmicks.
  • Boss Rush: Fight all Hard Mode bosses in a random order. No recovery between battles, but you may change your party before each battle.

These modes are designed around built characters and knowing the game, and should be a worthy challenge!

General Updates

  • Various optimizations. (Added a couple of optimization plugins, optimized the audio files, and fixed some GPUs not using hardware acceleration)
  • Updated purple texts in skill menus to have a black border.
  • Updated face images for Midori, Akane, and Aoi (no more RTP yay!)
  • Updated a couple of older skill descriptions (Dream Ending, Lightning Arrow, Insomnia) to include icons in their descriptions.
  • Santa Claw's Naughty List and Nice List now play an animation whenever they apply their debuff/buff.
  • Nanomachines now plays an animation when it procs the DEF buff.
  • Added new characters: Ralph, Eric, Elfy, Ursula
  • Added new 5 star artifacts: Low Effort Princess Jam, Zombie Heart, Handbell, Obligation Chocolate, Homemade Chocolate.
  • Added option to adjust window opacity.
  • Added text effects to 4-4.
  • Added flavour texts to 1-4 star artifacts.
  • Updated the descriptions for Donut Bento / Jelly-filled Donut to clarify that the healing is based on the target's Max Health.

Balance Changes

General:

  • Paralyze - Whenever Paralyze successfully interrupts an action, the chance of the next action being interrupted is decreased, based on the victim's Constitution. Resets if Paralyze fails to interrupt an action.
    (This should prevent extremely (un)lucky RNG where a player or boss gets permanently unable to act, as well as make certain CON builds more viable.)
  • Seed of Doubt - Now also loses two additional stacks if hit by a single-target support ability.

Amai:

  • Instant Candy - Power increased (0.5 → 1.0), now also restores 3 Sanity to target.
  • Sweet Tooth - now also applies to Sanity recovery effects (instead of only applying to healing effects).

Oldhar:

  • Dark Universe - Damage bonus per dead ally increased (4 → 6), max damage bonus increased (12 → 18).

Bugfixes

  • Fixed a couple of HP regen effects (Nanomachines, Nice List) not being affected by effects that change healing amount.
  • Concentrate and Beer's MP recovery effect is no longer affected by effects that change healing amount.
  • Fixed bug where Santa Claw's Naughty List would sometimes be applied to a dead or not yet spawned foe.
  • Fixed bug where Akane's Cleanse would remove debuffs even if it missed.
  • Fixed bug where Amai's Sweet Tooth would cause extra popups when eating sweet foods while affected by Incurable.
  • Fixed Jelly-filled Donut / Beer not being counted as support effects.
  • Fixed Amai's Candy Conjuring not being counted as a support effect.
  • Fixed Santa Claw's Christmas Cure and Aoi/Harold's Heal being mistakenly counted as sweet foods.
  • Fixed some artifacts triggering their effects when equipped on a character that wasn't in the active party.
  • Homura's Punch now properly removes Burn when consuming your last turn of Burn.
  • Fixed bugged interaction between Homura's Punch and Fiery Gloves where Punch would consume newly applied Burn without granting the bonus.
  • Fixed bug where effects that triggered on attack evasion (Knife-filled Coat, Seassa's Godlike Reflexes) would also be triggered when evading support effects.
